hi everyone it's april with hair 101 i'm going to show you really quick how toshape up eyebrows with a clipper and a comb and then to do a beard and moustache trim on this awesome man here we're going to call him santa clausebut his real name is santa clause
best beard coloring for men, alright here we goso we're going to stick them comb in and have them close their eyes so you don't get any hairs in their eyes you're going to brush the eyebrows up i always go in like this and take the little bit of hair growing inbetween
so that they have two instead of one okay is that funny?i don't think that's funny all right and then i'm just going to go through and trim up his eyebrows be really careful not to cut their eyelashes with thismaybe even do the comb up like thisthere we go it's one of the joys of growing older that our eyebrows keep growingyou get hair in places that we don't wantand we lose hair in the places we do want
right??so we are going to trim those up because they get longam i making you feel old?? nope! i still have all my hairmy brothers don't okay good. he has a nice head of hair and the next thing i usually do i go in and clean up any areas they obviously don't want hair inso i'll go in here with the t edgers and keep this edge against the faceyou don't want to be going in like this because it's really sensitive skin and these can actually pinch
and cut skin make sure you go in like thisclean up the edges really nice we're going to do that on both sides see right in herewe have some hairs we are going to take those off he's going to look so nice for valentines day for my mamma okay so this is the time when i actuallydo go in like this but i don't actually touch the skinyou need to be very careful that you're just going in and following the line of the lip and keeping it
just lip line for that hair right there alright then the next thing that i usually do isi pick this up and i trim the length connecting these twoand you need to make sure because a lot of men will have a little space right here where those two connect so don't get that too short if they don't have that little spot of hair right thereso make sure that you are looking underneath there to make sure before you cut he's okay he's got plentyso we are going to trim that up
and you can actually do the length on these tooi like to go in with these little t-edgers on the mustache and very carefully just cut the top of it if it's really thick like thisand that tapers it down and gets ready of any hairs that are sticking straight out you have to be really careful one wrong move and you've lost have your mustache and then you wouldn't be able to say i mustache you a question
dang it i messed up my joke just take that outi have to say mustache i can't even say iti mustache you a question mustache you a question too funny all right so again we are going to clean up any lines straight lines hereand then i'm going to have him look up and take any hair from the neck up to that line that he already has
don't push too hard because you have to be careful not to pinch any skin and if you need to you can pull the skin tightand underneath here i just take the hair up and i dust it off with the t-edgers so that tapers it in nice and tight okay look down let me see how that looksand then this last little section right here i do the same thing that i did up here on the lip just dust and softly shape up
any hairs that are sticking up really big or sticking out where they are not supposed to be sticking out and contour it in and that's pretty much iti'm going to take a little bit more right here we're just shaping this up and cleaning it up for himyou can offer to do this for your men clients if you notice that thy usually take care of it themselves but it's nice to be completely cleaned up when you leave it's nice just doing a little bit of cleanup around the lips
