at times you may experience a feeding issue from the paper tray on your samsung printer. this could display as a "jam 0" or "paper jam in tray 1". to correct this issue, the first thing you should do is ensure your paper tray is set properly. in this demonstration, we will set the paper guides for letter-sized paper. to do this, remove the paper tray from your printer.
samsung all in one laser color printer, now remove the paper, and ensure the side guides are set to the appropriate width for the type of paper you're using.
there will be markings in the paper tray for the various paper size adjustments for the paper guides. ensure the rear guide is at the appropriate position for your paper, and replace the paper into the paper tray. finally, re-insert the paper tray and run a test print.
