i'm charlotte tilbury, and i'm going to showyou how to get a really quick and easy smoky eye that, literally, you can do in minutes.i'm going to start off by using my eyelash curler to really add, like, a little bit ofa pushup bra for the lashes, so when you apply your mascara, you'll get extra length andextra lift. and i'll start off by using my color chameloon pencil in black diamonds.what's so fabulous about this pencil is you
what color eyeshadow is best for hazel eyes, can literally squiggle it all over the eyelid.when you first put it on, you've got this great sort of flexible time when you can justblend it and smudge it, and then it sets--almost like a tattoo--and it doesn't move. you canpop it underneath the eye and literally go back and forth and smudge it in. and voila, you pretty much have a smoky eye.
after that i'm literally going to popit on the other eye and smudge it in. you can decide what intensity you want to create. make sure when you're using an eye pencil, always keep it very sharp because you'll get a much more precise finish to it. go right the way along the lash line. i'm literallyrimming very precisely inside the eye, inside the waterline. at the outer corner, literallyjust flick it upwards and outwards for a little lift to the eye. i'm going right the way alongthe lash line. to finish the eye, i'm just going to pop a little bit of mac mascaraon the top and bottom lashes. and now i'm going to pop on a little bit of tawny pink laura mercier blush. just a little bit of natural light for the skin. and then i'm going touse my iconic nude lipliner which is a perfect
way to cheat the perfect lips. next i'm going to put on my nude kate lipstick that i literally
made in homage to my great friend kate moss.it's that perfect bardot-y beige. and it just really pairs against this beautiful smokyeye. it really suits everyone, and it's heaven. what i absolutely love about this look isyou can literally do it in minutes, almost in the back of a cab, and look utterly mesmerizing.
